We’re Hiring Bar Attendants

The Ashmont Inn Hotel is looking for multiple Bar Attendants to join the team. If you’re friendly, reliable, and keen to work in a busy local venue, we’d love to hear from you. Experience is welcome, but we’re also willing to train the right person.

The Ashmont Inn Hotel is a long-standing community pub known for its relaxed atmosphere, good hospitality, and loyal local following. We pride ourselves on friendly service and a down-to-earth team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

Serving customers and providing friendly, efficient bar service.

• Operating tills, handling cash and EFTPOS.

• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe bar environment.

• Assisting with general pub operations as needed.

• Helping ensure guests feel welcome and looked after.

• Smooth, friendly service during busy periods.

• Positive customer interactions and repeat locals.

• A clean, organised bar that runs efficiently.

• A reliable, team-focused attitude.

What We’re Looking For

• Current RSA and RCG (required).

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good communication and customer-service skills.

• Reliability and ability to work flexible hours.

• Experience behind a bar is helpful but not essential.

What We Offer

• Up to 30 hours per week.

• On-the-job training for the right candidate.
