Our conference day will feature presentations from an amazing lineup including:

Plus lots of local growers, producers and activists who will share their knowledge and lead discussions on shaping the future of food in the Riverina
HARVEST RIVERINA | FESTIVAL
Our Market Day will be full of colour, flavour, and community spirit! Explore a wide range of stalls featuring delicious food and produce from local farmers, growers, and artisan makers.
There will be fun and educational workshops for both adults and kids, giving everyone the chance to learn something new.
Don’t miss the Chef’s Tent, where talented local chefs will share cooking demonstrations and fresh recipe ideas.
With live music, family-friendly entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere, our Harvest Festival promises to be a wonderful way to celebrate the season and enjoy a memorable day with friends and neighbours.

GEARS & BEERS | FESTIVAL
Gears + Beers (a weekend of cycling + craft beer). Almost 3,000 people flock to Wagga each year for the a party on two wheels.
There are courses + festival options the whole family will love. From the 10km strawberry farm ride (with free ice cream) to the gnarly dirty 130 thru farms and gravel lanes (with a free beer) and a bunch of options in between. (10km, 30km, 70km, 105km, 130km options).
Held annually in Wagga Wagga (NSW long weekend). 40km ride + party in the park on Saturday. Main event Sunday. Public holiday Monday

We’re hosting a one-off Gals Day Out on the Deck — a Sunday session made for good company, great music and a few well-earned cocktails, with nowhere to be the next morning.

FOOD I AM | JUNIOR CHEF
A great school holiday activity, our junior chef class is the perfect mix of fun and flavour.
A hands on experience in the kitchen learning real skills and recipes they can use at home.
There are still a few places in our 11-16 years class (8-11 years is booked out).
These holidays the menu is Mexican themed, with the class cooking:
• Crispy Beef Tortillas with Mango and Charred Corn Salsa & Coriander-Lime Crema
• Cinnamon Churro Muffin Bites with Chocolate Sauce

This isn’t just a class—it’s a passport to the other side of the bar. A session for those bold enough to step behind the curtain, stir a little mischief, and craft cocktails with the confidence of a seasoned hand.
You’ll shake. You’ll build. You’ll taste. And you’ll leave with the kind of skills you can’t just order off a menu.
Over the course of the masterclass, you’ll create three cocktails of your own, each carefully selected to build your technique and palate. Along the way, you’ll sample raw, house-made ingredients—syrups, infusions, and garnishes—giving you a deeper understanding of the flavours and how they come together.
It’s a hands-on, taste-driven experience made for the curious, the adventurous, and those ready to mix with intention.
