We’re Hiring a Front of House Team Member
Carlo’s Wagga Wagga is seeking two professional, well-presented Front of House team members to join our café on a casual basis. This role is primarily weekday work, with occasional weekend shifts when required, and offers award-rate or above wages.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, works well in a fast-paced café environment, and takes pride in delivering friendly, efficient service.

What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting customers and assisting with orders
Taking food and beverage orders accurately
Preparing and serving drinks (no barista experience required)
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming dining area
Working collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent service

Customers feeling welcomed and well looked after
Smooth, efficient service during busy periods
A clean and inviting front-of-house space
Strong teamwork and clear communication
Consistent, professional customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
Availability for day shifts between 6:00am and 3:00pm
Primarily weekday availability, with flexibility for occasional weekends
6–12 months’ experience in a similar front-of-house role
Supervisor experience (highly regarded but not essential)
Current RSA certification (required)
Well-presented, professional and confident in a café setting
Immediate start preferred
