Larry’s serves a brunch and lunch menu built around top-tier ingredients sourced from local suppliers and producers. We pair this with a specialty coffee and matcha offering that’s genuinely world class — supported by leading roasters, great machinery, and a team passionate about craft.

What You’ll Be Doing

Baristas

• Make consistently great espresso and maintain high standards during busy service.

• Work with specialty coffee, matcha, and rotating beans from top roasters.

• Bring solid experience in high-volume environments.

• (Bonus, not essential): experience with filter coffee and single origins.

Front of House

• Deliver friendly, efficient table service.

• Look after guests with professionalism and warmth.

• Work closely with the team to manage a fast-paced floor smoothly.

For All Roles

• Support a positive, professional team culture.

• Maintain high service standards during peak periods.

• Contribute to a welcoming, smooth-running café experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a similar café or hospitality role.

• For baristas: proven high-volume experience.

• Friendly, team-oriented individuals who stay calm under pressure.

• Professionalism, reliability, and a genuine love of hospitality.

• Availability across weekends and public holidays (shared fairly among the team).

• Barista filter/single-origin experience is desirable but not essential.
