Located at the forefront of Cadell Place in the vibrant Fitzmaurice Street precinct, we offer sophisticated casual dining with a European influence — serving breakfast and lunch 7 days, plus dinner on Friday and Saturday nights.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering High-Quality Food

• Produce food to the highest standard at all times.

• Maintain a hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and perform well under pressure.

• Run an organised, smooth service during busy periods.

Supporting Daily Kitchen Operations

• Ensure compliance with the Food Act and Food Safety Standards.

• Maintain clear communication with the front of house team.

• Work both autonomously and collaboratively as needed.

Bringing Professionalism & Attitude

• Approach work with honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm.

• Contribute to a positive, service-focused team culture.

• Uphold high standards of presentation and professionalism.

• Consistent, high-quality dishes leaving the pass.
