What You’ll Be Doing

• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Providing professional, attentive customer service

• Maintaining high standards of presentation behind the bar

• Cleaning and polishing barware and glassware

• Managing bar inventory and ensuring correct stock rotation

• Cleaning tables between customers to support waitstaff

• Following hygienic food and beverage handling procedures

• Working autonomously and as part of a team

What Success Looks Like

• Guests receiving prompt, polished and professional bar service

• A clean, organised and well-stocked bar

• Consistent drink quality and presentation

• Strong teamwork between bar and floor staff

• Calm, efficient service during busy evening periods

What We’re Looking For

• RSA (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

• Willingness to learn and develop bartending skills

• Knowledge of classic cocktails preferred but not essential

• Bartending experience helpful but not required
