A rare opportunity has opened up at one of Wagga Wagga’s premium hospitality venues. Tilly’s is looking for a Venue Manager / 2IC to join our leadership team and help run a fast-paced, high-energy operation — all under one roof.

About Us

Tilly’s is a cornerstone of Wagga’s nightlife and hospitality scene. Under one roof, we operate a high-volume restaurant, the busiest late-night venue in town, Wagga’s only nightclub, and a dynamic functions and events space. No two shifts are the same, and the energy is always high.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Venue Manager with day-to-day operations

  • Leading shifts across restaurant, bar, nightclub and events spaces

  • Supervising staff and supporting team performance during service

  • Helping manage busy nights and high-volume trade

  • Assisting with staff coordination and on-the-floor leadership

  • Ensuring a positive guest experience across all areas of the venue

  • Strong leadership presence on the floor

  • Calm, capable decision-making under pressure

  • Guests enjoying a seamless experience across all venue spaces

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ hospitality experience

  • Availability to work weekends

  • Strong people skills and leadership potential

  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Management experience is a bonus, but not essential

  • A proactive, hands-on attitude
